lodge complaint “advanced registry” to afca Advanced is the share registry and managed the SPP.
if any wrong-doing by cym, they will deal with them.
Also asking for a compensation, advanced to pay the interest
Advanced sent the mail SPP on 09/11, which was very late. IF they closed the SPP before the arrival and the prospectus doesn’t say closing earlier, very good reason to argue.
