Take it easy, mate.
Everyone lodges a complaint and ask CYM to provide the SPP allocation details to the tribunal,
what was the criteria used? In your case, asking them to provide what is the minimum holding that qualified for the SPP allocation?
And list all the people’s holdings before the SPP, I am 90% sure not all their mates were holding more than the maximum number of ZERO allocation holders. If there was any insider trading, someone might go to jail. This is not a CR that u can allocate to whoever u like.
Wayne mentioned the calculation was also based on the holding of the closure date and this is the most ridiculous criteria I ever heard. Shareholders lost the qualification coz they sold between the record date and closure date? This explains that share price has been up after the CR, insiders knowing the criteria.
I gave both advanced and cym 3 days deadline to explain or provide a solution. If no response or I was not happy, I will lodge complaints next week.
