    I am not here to defend anyone.
    I have no idea how allocations were done and my post was to merely present trading and volume data, over the weeks leading up to the SPP.

    What I will say however is that as it is your right to sell shares whenever you want, I'm pretty sure it's also managements' right to distribute placement shares at their absolute discretion.
