There is a thing called Market.
If there is no price appreciation, who is going to participate the SPP, we can just buy at the market.
Nevertherless, it is our right to participate. Take off the rights from some of us under 'their discription' is just wrong. It is disgusting.
Simply put, they mislead the market.
