A little puzzled..
I'm a novice with this but seeing the potential opportunity, I remitted payment for the CYM SPP on Nov. 4.
Since then nothing.. No acknowledgment, no formal receipt, nothing and my share registry hasn't moved to reflect my purchase.
So, my questions are:
1. If I was successful when will the new shares be deposited?
2. If I was unsuccessful, when should I expect my refund?
There's not a lot of talk around this but I'm sure others will be in the same position as me.
Can someone please shed some light on this for me?
