As per CYM's release on November 2nd, the indicative timetable shows that SPP placement stock was only issued Friday and that they won't be quoted on the ASX until today.
If you are with one of the discount brokers like Comsec, I've heard stock often appears in your account the next day (tomorrow).
As for any refunds, that usually comes down to how you paid. If you paid via BPay, you usually receive a BPay payment back into your account. This happens pretty quickly (days).
