My understanding of pro rata scale back is that everyone
is likely to get $1000 or 1000 shares. The pro rata applying
per person or per share holding rather than how much money
you apply for.
I am going to apply for 2000 shares just in case, but I only
expect to get a 1/2 or 1/3 this number.
for a 10- 15% gain expect to make $200.
