    and they have the not inconsequential balance of all those $10-12k applications until refunds are issued. Hmm...one could ask (again) why the instos got the lion's share at $1.65 whilst we're left the crumbs.
    Still, nice solid performance today which, if the trend continues, should ensure a good takeup of the spp
