Its always good to be concerned and ask questions about the investments you hold. I have the faintest idea as to whether this security or securities in general will be higher or lower a month or two, even a year from now.
What is likely, and to me almost certain is that the market will move higher - businesses such as QBE who are extremely well positioned [and for the sake of pointing it out - have strategically acquired during these times while most others have back burned capex, staff and innovation] to move substantially higer well before sentiment or the economy turns up.

A simple rule should dictate long term owners capacity to buy: Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful.

[Just for the fun of it, and sticking my neck out as per last post here...purchased 5 BRK.B shares at $2,880.]
