Basil...I am also interested to see how they fund the 'options'. My view is they already have the finance organised, just a matter of announcing it and as you say that's probably subject to the Aurum meeting.

The amazing thing is that they managed to get it so cheap even though the operating costs are so low ($230US per oz i think). Looks like the GFC may turn out to be a blessing in disguise for KGL.
