why on earth would TOE get dumped on big time?
Explain that?
Someone pays 15c for new script, so where is the incentive to sell for 15c or less?
We are at rigths price, there is no trade advantage in any sellers to dump.
That selling has already happened, and when we were 20c, it made sense, the dump, has already happened.
WHat may unfold, is the SPP overhang, that may damped TOE rise back to pre-issue prices, ie, a TOE at 18c climing, may get some old script thrown at it in teh sell que.
