The finish date for the uptake of the shortfall to the recent SPP is the 16th August.
The uptake is avaiable to sophisticated investors ( definition on google) and institutional investors.
A placement only happens at the boards discretion and it needs to be over $1million worth of shares, either from a single investor of a number of investors.
