Have a look at the date when Phase3 was "deleted" from the site, then have a look at the announcement the company made not long after about adding trial sites ( we have been adding sites for 18 months so why the announcement? ...more of a concern we are only half way there with site numbers 18 months down the track with 50 odd patients recruited,750 to go ???) Then Phase 3 was "added" back not long after the announcement. Don't you think things are a little slow why? see if you can work it out ?
