spp subscription by bpay?, page-12

I'm in for full SPP allocation. Have a strong sense this will get scaled back. From my perspective, this SURELY has to be the last time that tap equity given (a) access to debt and (b) operational cash flow should get us through the forseeable future.

Does anyone know or have a view as to whether the debt facility under consideration at the moment is a PF structure or is it likely to be some sort of hybrid / high yield issue?
