    Goodoil, you are assuming that 700 shareholders subscribed to $10,000 of shares each. You could say it your way, or you could say it like this...

    over 40% of shareholders parted with cash!!!! Thats a brilliant result!!!!! The others sent their forms back saying "I wish I had spare cash to participate in this SPP!!!"

    (this is ASSUMING everyone gave $2,500)

    I know the second one could be complete rubbish, but i'm not trying to state it as fact like you are. Stop bullshitting everyone. Your speaking on behalf of 6300 share holders.
