No its not fair, like many have said here before every person's circumstances are different. I have had to jump through many hoops back and forth with my bank. House revaluation, asset valuation etc etc. Finally got last of docs signed today so should be clear next week. So long as its clears before the 17th.
It should be based on loyalty not who ever has the biggest pile of cash lying around at the time.
Were all in this together.
