If we are in the good position of having to scale back (we won’t be taking over-subscription - this is not the way we work at RAC) then we have said we will take a number of factors into account, not just one. We want long term shareholders on the register that are engaged and who want to be part of the journey, not traders who have no idea what RAC is about and are just looking to grab a couple of quick pips in a trade. There is nothing wrong in being a trader, but if our registry was filled with traders then the SPP would not be a success.
