With what evidence can you say BNPL companies "are going to be regulated soon"? This sounds more like a personal hunch, which you're allowed to have, but means bugger all in the scheme of things.

You also say "this company likely to be losing customers due to new regulations on pay now and later setups" - you do realise that SZL does not operate in Australia, so interested to hear what you know the US regulators are going to do to affect SZL?
