My assumption is that when the share price dropped below the 2.8c offer, it was bound to put investors off. A lot of shares also on issue and waiting for final grades / payments for first deliveries of ore made and all costs of processing not divulged. I didn't take up the offer on these grounds but I still think RNG is at great value under 3c.
