spp the next few weeks

Never been in an SPP before and trying to get my head around what may happen over next few weeks.

Isn't it best for the company if the share price increases so they raise as much capital out of it they can?

If the price is increasing shareholders would be more willing to take up the offer.

There's a lot of experience in their management team and I'm sure they've been through this many times. So couldn't we expect that they've considered the timing of this ann in conjunction with other good news they can release to boost price. Remember that some of their plans they have been working on for nearly 12 mths and are supposedly nearing completion.

Along with that I suppose there will be a lot of down ramping in the next week or two as well so that people can get set at lower prices before any good news comes. Noticed that it started the other night so guess we'll probably see more of the same.

To those of you with more experience is this what we can expect?
