Assuming that URA has 1000 shareholders on their register and every shareholder takes up the offer...then URA will raise $5M if everyone takes up the $5K offer.

For someone who holds a significant amount of shares would probably not be bothered with this offer, but for the smaller holder, this offer is attractive.

The share price will play a small role in the final outcome whether holders take up the offer.
