Interesting, I'm wondering if those institutions that had stumped up $25+ in the placement have pushed for this restructure announcement now hoping for a little share price boost through the VWAP period. The lower share price would presumably bring in less Capital and they're going to want/need all the Capital they can get given the headwinds coming up.
Otherwise this timing seems very coincidental.......
