If your a long term holder 69Cam would you top up at these levels below 6cents so you have a better average? Im' interested with what PRR is doing & happy with my new holdings before the close of business todayI would say more good new on the way if they plan to raise extra funds & why wouldn't you spend extra dollars when history show on the chart how high & how quick PRR moves. I'm not able to get this offer due to not holding on the 6th of July but will be ready to buy extra at 5cents should I also be able to receive this kind offer
