I cannot see the spp being oversubscribed if the sp is at the current level or possibly lower. I would expect a substantial shortfall which I believe would be picked up by Pattersons (not good). I think the SPP would have been a lot more successful if existing shareholders were also offered options. IMO.
Overall though in a couple of months any overhang should be cleared and a substantial sp increase leading up to July option conversion is on the cards imo given news expected. I can wait ! It will be worth it.
