I firmly believe the SPP will be oversubscribed, to put this into perspective the following are the details

at 2682 shareholders as at last annual report,

833,333 per shareholder equates to 2.234B shares
2.234B shares at .018c equates to $40.3M

SPP = $2M or 4.9% takeup.

4.9% equates to 40,833 shares per shareholder.

40,833 shares at .018c equates to $734 per shareholder.

IMO if the SP is at least 10% above the issue price of .018c on the 20th April I would anticipate a take up of at least 20%.

20% take up equates to 433M shares at .018c or $7.8M well above the $2M.

Check these figures out and decide if this SPP will be oversubscrided or not!!!
