Just noticed that the $1 million stumped up by a US institution was organised by Roth.

This was bad news for another stock I am invested in. It was trumped in great fanfare by the company and ended up being the biggest mistake they have made. The US investor received placement shares at a suitable discount and free long dated options. A week later after the cap raising and the long awaited sensational results were announced the Roth USA investor started dumping all their shares and killing any rise that might have reasonably been expected. The stock has not recovered. The company is seething and were initially told that the US investor was long term.

Check out Roth. They are thieves and not to be trusted.

Hopefully this time will be different and the US investor has more honourable intentions. At least this time the options are short dated.
