If Halcon was to make an offer it would more likely be for the land only IMO and i'm not expecting that, generally big companies don't seem to bother fluffing around with minnows .

I'm not averse to AKK selling the EFS acreage to whoever makes a good enough offer after the four free carries were done ( probably have at least one more paid also) .

Not not a great fan of to much debt and if the Pathfinder project shows promise and we go it alone, a pile of cash plus some debt would be my prefered path. It would however require a very good offer on the EFS land.

My concern with the EFS land is it not being drilled fast enough rather than it being drilled to fast and we won't have much say in that.
