From the Invitation to Participate in the Share Purchase Plan (28/8/23)

The Plan entitles Eligible Shareholders, irrespective of the size of their shareholding, to purchase up to $30,000 worth of Shares at an Issue Price (Price) equal to the lower of:
- $0.084 (being the same price as the Placement); and
- a 2.5% discount to the 5-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) up to and including the closing date of the SPP.

So, if I understand it correctly, it will be known at close of market on the final day (ie14/9). So we do not really know until it's done, but will have a pretty fair idea. Happy to be corrected.
