Black coal substitute at $30 to $40 saving per ton as black coal is around $60 to $70 dollars .
An order of 3 million tons represents a potential gross savings to company who takes the order of $90 to $120 million dollars/
And that is at todays prices , rebound to $90 to $100 per ton for coaking coal expected next year.
