It is not pro rata to current shareholding.

All shareholders gets the same if scaled back unless you asked for less than max (or max allocated) amount.

Not fair on large shareholders

Fantastic for small ones as you now have a free option of SLR whilst SPP in progress

I have SLR split over 3 accounts (personal, SMSF, and company) so will get 3 bites at the cherry. Totally unfair I know but I have been scrwd on other deals. Will evaluate what I do depending on share price over coming days.

Often smaller share holders sell out >85c and then buy back in the SPP, ie great arbitrage. That's why share price will be weak for a while. Also weak when SPP shares allocated as the small guys often desperate to sell after stumping up the $15k.
