    Well on my 3 eligible accounts, I wont be as I dont have the funds.. So thats $15 k worth not being bought.
    Its not underwritten so I dont see any benefit for someone to push price down to get more in the CR.
    If its not fully subscribed, then less shares issued..is that a good thing... (also less $$)
