Jovanco I enjoyed reading your processes. I probably don't agree exactly with the outcome though, and that's no reason to not like it. My view is the only consideration to give to the SPP is wait as long as possible before making a decision. It's all about Proteus at the moment and the timing of the announcement. If the result is good then take up the SPP at a discount to market. (and of course there will probably be a scale back). Or if Proteus is no good then the SP will be well below $5.10 and buy more at market. The punt here is the timing of proteus result, hence waiting for as long as possible and hope it arrives this week.
