I am relatively new to SYR preferring other green energy plays.

Presently l am winding back a ridiculous over weight to U3O8 stocks to release cash and lock in gains.

I have a pretty sizable SYR holding now buying reasonably cheaply as a result of the long downward trending share price, flushing out long time holders and speculators month by month. Followers will know this is where l like to do my best hunting.

lt was always inevitable that the business needed to raise capital and demonstrate it has enough collateral to warrant government support.

SYR is now at that point with the recovering share price providing enough incentive to capture capital of a reasonable size at a "reasonable" price (that is not crushing existing shareholders who bought at much higher prices). I will give management credit for that.

At 55c l was intending to fully subscribe plus take up the 100% additional offer.

l have found myself having more than tripled my existin holding on market at an average cost of 52.7c and will buy more if the price stays in the low 50s.

On that basis, l now view the retail entitlement as a call option that l will only exercise if the price strengthens above 55c.

l usually prefer to support the company directly, but as occurred in the recent IMU raise, sometimes the opportunity on market is far more attractive than the relatively small difference any individual can make, by being a CR participant.

l am becoming increasingly bullish on the SYR prospects and now hold a fairly sizable position, intending to add further as the its mine progress unfolds. Although l don't expect a 10 bag plus uranium type result from SYR, l do think it can deliver very good returns to all investors over a 3 to 5 year time horizon. Let's hope so.
