Maybe today's significant traded volume is shares issued in the placement being "stagged" at $.135 & $.130 ? The company should have issued details of the SPP at the same time as they announced the institutional placement or at least before the shares resumed trading after the placement had been finalised. The way they are conducting this capital raising is unfair to Shareholders. Lift your game Mr Parks.
