Yeah , your right. there wasn't an underwriter as they only issued 9517697 shares which would of raised about $2,474,000 as opposed to their maiximum of 28,846,153 to raise 7.5 million. Leaves them about 5 mil short. Will this be a problem or was the spp just to humour shareholders? The strength of the A$ has to be a bonus for this raising now. More bang for their buck to buy TNT and pay down the US$ debt.
