    thanks. just checked 4170 shareholders is correct so if they all take up full SPP (which I doubt) = 4170*33333=138998610*0.45=$62549374/25000000=2.50, so 33333/2.5=13333 = minimum we will get.

    not to bad. I count on about 20000
