Good morning all, Well today is the close off for the sophisticated investors.This will give the company the week end to work out the scale back,so I think we should hear something on Monday,From a phone conversation I had with the co yesterday it appears it will be around 50-60% scale back depending on the amount of sophisticated investors they get.

I was informed that on the last day of the SPP they received over $200,000 in applications.

I don't think we will see the sp at these levels again but then again I could be wrong.
