Hi BB ... why? From the Annual Report ... A BFS completion and beyond, into
execution, funding options paper providing
recommendations on funding pathways
for moving forward was completed and
presented to the Board in August 2009.
The options and recommendations set
out in this paper have provided the basis
for strategic partnership development
and capital raising activities over the
past year. Discussions are underway with
potential Chinese strategic partners.
The Company looks forward to providing
information on the outcomes of these
discussions as it becomes available.

I'll keep looking as I have yet to find the cornerstone reference vis a vis financing you referred to.
