**Realistically** they can raise money from investors off the market which are abundant and after the recent MOU, are more than willing. The money doesn't necessarily have to come from existing shareholders. I hope people can get their heads around this. Even if there was a capital raising then doesn't that add value to the your investment and further de-risk the company. The only reason this company has a market cap of $10million now is because of the uncertainty, but trust me when that is somewhat relieved then there will be a huge stampede to get back in. Credit raising or no credit raising this company is ridiculously valued!
