Inclined to agree Wobbly.

New buyers are unlikely to want to see the sp retreat and given that the spp is likely to be heavily oversubscibed most long termers are unlikely to sell heavily to fund what might be a scaled back spp.

Certainly unlikely to get the entire $15k worth. My guess would be about half that or less.

I'll be putting my hand up for the full allocation and I reckon the sp will nudge 49c again today.
