ALL exploration companies have to raise capital at some point. That is a fundamental aspect of the share market. They (FNC and others) are of yet not producing, so revenue is derived from raisings in the market. This is one of the significant "raison d'etres" of the market, and FNC is rewarding its retail client base as well as sourcing this vital area of revenue.
