i just had a look at the 2010 annual report. didn't give the usual breakdown of how many shareholders there were, just the amount of shares in each size group, on page 55.

anyone got any idea how many shareholders there are? or how to get the number?

the announcement says they're only raising $4M. i'm guessing they'll bump that up, and won't scaleback to $4M. i think it's a ploy to keep the price up, so people don't think there is too much dilution.
