Nice to have a company look after its shareholders. PLV needs some cash as has been debated here mainly due to delays in the PFS. Once the PFS is done and dusted (not long now) Tony will start negotiations with JTC and other parties. I am sure the comfort of having cash in the bank will be on Tony's side (he has always mentioned that he will take his time to get the best deal for his SH) and this latest raising to retrospective holders does just that.
