Satori, it was my understanding that PLV wanted to finish the PFS before entertaining the JTC. This is the only way PLV can get good value for their assets and hopefully a better priced buyin by the JTC once a deal is finally agreed.
To give 10% of the company away at today's prices is ludicrous. Many companies do the easy deal however in PLV we seem to be looking for the right deal.
