hang on a sec, let me just get out my crystal ball.

usually when there is an entitlement or rights issue, the price is more likely to drop as people are guaranteed to get a certain amount with the issue.

with SPPs, it's really the luck of the draw, so i don't think there is going to be much selling, considering how small the offer is.

if small shareholders are confident in the stock, they're not going to want to risk selling, if they may be limited in how many they can buy in a scaled back SPP.
