It was obvious that the company would need more funds as a result of the delays.

Good move by Pluton to tap existing shareholders for the funds instead giving some broker and his clients a freebie. Maybe the recent supressing of the share price was by parties expecting to do the raise?

Anyway, just glad that long term and supporting shareholders get a chance to benefit.

This one reminds me of AQA some years ago. After it took off the many bonus issues, share splits, etc. since then have meant the original shares are like a never ending packet of Tim Tams.
