I was an Arrow holder and intend on taking part in spp, well as long as share price is above offer.
You guys say we share holders got screwed by Arrow board, I disagree. I for one bought Arrow at $1.05 and was happy to take the $4.70 offer plus the 1 for 2 Dart shares Total value $5.075 at Darts price today. If we had not taken Shell offer we would have had to raise massive capital which would have meant massive debt or large dilution. The share price would still be drifting with the market, look at other csm stocks eg.BOW it has been hammered down with the market. So to me the board did the right thing in creating shareholder value. Thumbs up Nic Davies and co.
