The SPP was just a courtesy to shareholders. They raised what they needed in the C.R, $129.5 million at $3.50. If the S.P. drops below SPP shareholders bleat. If the SPP offered is the same as the CR they bleat. Surely the only aim for the company is to raise capital for future growth.They have lots of prospects and projects they need to fund.the "sophisticates" have put their $3.50s worth in. The CR was a success. The SPP was not. The Company is firing on all cylinders. If you believe the SP would fall below the SPP because of the SPP don't participate as i did'nt. SPP raised $2.5 m. Max was $20m.
Back to the beginning. The SPP was just a courtesy so shareholders would'nt complain about being left out.Oh, the other major complaint comes when there is only a CR, no SPP and the price remains above the CR.
