My bet is on the mgmt not expecting such a drop off the announcement of a CR.
The fact that theyve only raised 8m is not good in itself - a reasonable expectation could be that the $4m remaining wont be taken up. Why would you buy at 22.5 if you can buy under 22.5 on market?
The way theyre going the extra 8m will only last an extra 6-8 months.
