I presume the current SPP has now definitely expired and I gather well under subscribed.
What I was wondering but I am not sure of the legalities or regulations is if they get a positive decision in the court cases they will go in a trading halt. Why can't they at that time when announcing to the market of the court decision to also announce another SPP with a record date the day before which basically rewards us loyal shareholders who are waiting patiently as we realize the huge potential (and risks) of hanging in there. Anyway I they tried to raise some money via the SPP and reward SH I just hope they do it again.......food for thought.
All the best for this week.....to AVQ.
